the project "LAUGH WITH MC WISE " is annual project , it started in the year 2018 at wesley secondary school uturu Effium, the project was idealize and developed by Comr. Nwafor Sabastine Chimankpa Awoke popularly known as Mc Wise Talkmore .
This project was out of the zeal to create a pplatform with an enabling environment where Entertainers Showcase their variouse God given Talents.
